Suddenly Slim!
Motivated by our trip to France for the wedding of one of my nieces, I lost over 9 pounds without effort.
Since I find the solution to my Ideal Silhouette using a healthy lifestyle to stay slim and energized. Here are few of my secrets...

- Breakfast is a meal that I avoid because I don't have appetite or time for cooking during the weekly mornings; so I drink a High Protein Shake made of natural delicious protein, vitamins and trace element powder mixed with water. My older son even uses the shake in the morning, so he does not feel hungry while waiting for lunch time.
- I added to my wellness regimen to rejuvenate and feel good in general. It improved my digest system and aching joins from new exercises with weights.
- Exercise between 20 to 40 minutes 3 times a week at the gym. When I don't bike at the gym and weight lift, I walk the dog.
- My trick to save time is to use the exercise time on the bicycle to read books or make phone calls. I wrote this while on my bike... Delete excuses from your subconscious mind and say: "I have all the time that I need to be fit and healthy. My priority is my health and well being."
